01What is Hasrat?
Hasrat is a social Discord community for people who enjoy good conversations, voice chats and making friends. It brings Hindi and English speakers together from across India and the wider Asian community.
02How do I join the Hasrat Discord server?
Open the Hasrat invite, sign in to Discord or create an account, and accept the invitation. Read the server rules and complete any verification shown inside Discord before joining the conversation.
03Can I speak Hindi or English?
Both are welcome. Speak Hindi, English, or a little of both. You do not need perfect English or a clever introduction to say hello.
04Do I have to turn my microphone on?
Start in text chat if that feels easier. You can listen in a voice channel first, then join the conversation when you are comfortable. Follow any room-specific rules shown in Discord.
05Why do only some voice rooms appear here?
The website shows rooms with connected members visible through Discord’s public server widget. Empty rooms are hidden. Discord limits the widget to public channels and up to 100 member records, so this view may not include every active room or participant.
06Is Hasrat only for people living in India?
Hasrat is rooted in an Indian, Hindi and English speaking community. If that feels like your kind of conversation, you are welcome to join from elsewhere too.
07Is Hasrat free to join?
The Discord invitation is free to use. You need a Discord account and must meet Discord’s age requirements and the server’s own rules. Discord Nitro is not required to accept a server invite.
08What if the invitation does not open?
Try opening the invite in a browser while signed in to Discord, or use the Discord app. If Discord says the invite is invalid or unavailable, the server team will need to replace it.
